How we work

From what’s missing to what you make together.

Four steps, inside your team’s real work. Then again.

  1. 60 minutes, the whole team 01 See

Everyone places eight ordinary moments from work, privately.

You get a picture of your team, role by role: what’s missing, where, and who is carrying it. Nobody blamed.

  2. at the end of the hour 02 Choose

Now that you’ve seen what’s missing, the team decides what it wants to work on.

You get one thing worth working on, and a clear sense of what can simply be automated.

  3. the weeks after 03 Try

A small experiment in real work, designed with the people involved.

You get a change people actually want to try, and a simple balance sheet: what the work produced, and what it didn’t.

  4. then 04 Test

We look at what moved, and what didn’t.

You get evidence of what changed. Then the next one.
