A call · 30 minutes

Let’s talk about your team.

What it does, what AI is changing in it, and whether a team map is the right next step. If it isn’t, I’ll say so.

  1. 10 min
    Your team and its work

Who is in it, how the roles meet, and where AI is already in the work or about to be.

  2. 10 min
Where the work may be closing early

The moments that come back: decisions that reopen, agreements that don’t hold, one person carrying what the group didn’t settle.

  3. 10 min
    Whether a team map fits

Team size, format, timing and date. A map runs sixty minutes, for 10–150 people, in person or remote.

We sit your team with where the passage isn’t there, weigh what it costs, and bring the other part back in where it still makes the difference.

You leave with a clear sense of whether a map fits your team — and a price and a date if it does.

founding cohort · first five teams

your session becomes part of the fieldwork

£2,500 for a team up to 50 people, £3,500 above that — everything included: the call, the session, the debrief. What the session teaches goes back into the instrument, anonymised, by role, never by person, and never shared outside your team.

A presto, Bianca

Before you book

Questions people ask first.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. It helps to know roughly how many people are in the team and where AI is coming into the work, but we can work that out together.

Who should be on the call?

Whoever would sponsor the team map: usually the team lead, a head of people, or whoever is leading AI adoption for that team. One person is enough.

What happens in the 60 minutes?

Eight ordinary moments from a working day. Everyone places them privately, then the room reads the differences by role — never by person. The team ends by choosing one moment to take into its work, and a decision for each passage: automate, protect or redesign.

What does it cost?

The first five maps run at the founding-cohort price: £2,500 for a team of up to 50 people, £3,500 above that. That covers the call before, the 60-minute session, and the written debrief within a week. Anything after — a redesign session on the passage that matters most — is quoted separately, and only if you want it.

Will people’s answers be anonymous?

Yes. Everyone places the moments privately, and results are shown by role, never by person — and only where three or more people share a role. Who takes part, what is kept and who sees what are agreed with you before anything runs.

Our team is smaller than 10, or larger than 150.

Book anyway, and we’ll work out on the call what shape would fit.

Can we do it remotely?

Yes. Both the call and the team map work in person or remote.
